Quotes

Every quote is based on real measurements of your property taken during the free design consultation and is valid for 30 days. The price confirmed before installation is the final price of the chosen package, except for changes requested by the customer during installation.

Scheduling and installation

Installation dates are confirmed based on calendar availability and coordinated by phone, email, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to reschedule for weather conditions unsafe for working at height.

Takedown included

Season-end takedown is included in the price of every package except the Permanent Lights line, which remains installed year-round by design.

Property access

By hiring our services, you authorize our insured, background-checked crew to access the necessary exterior areas of your property (roof, yard, facade) during the coordinated time window.

Payments

Payment details (method, deposit/balance schedule) are confirmed in writing when scheduling your installation.
