What information we collect

When you fill out our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), address or zone, property type, package of interest, and any comments you add. If you check the consent box, we also record your consent to receive calls or SMS messages about your quote.

How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to your quote request, coordinate your installation, and follow up during the season (maintenance, takedown, and early-booking offers in future seasons if you authorize us to contact you). We never sell your information to third parties.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, we may send you text messages related to your quote, your installation appointment, or seasonal reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or contacting us directly.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only if you accept the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics tracking is activated.

How we protect your information

Forms on this site use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and anti-spam validation. Access to lead data is limited to the JVS Christmas Lights team.

Your rights

You can request at any time that we remove your contact information from our records by writing to hello@jvschristmaslights.com.
