Four tiers, one standard: we measure real linear footage on your property before giving you a price, so the number on your quote is what you pay — no surprises once installation wraps. All four packages include a free design consultation, installation by an insured, background-checked crew, in-season maintenance, and takedown included at the end — your lights never stay up until February.
Basic Roofline runs $299 to $599 and covers warm-white C9 LED lights along the roofline of a single-story home, up to 150 linear feet. Deluxe (our most popular package) adds bush and garden lighting plus 1-2 wreaths or garlands, from $600 to $1,200. Custom Premium offers a fully custom design with RGB colors, trees, and commercial-grade pathway lighting, from $1,200 to $2,500 or more. Permanent Lights is our premium line: a fixed LED system installed once, lasting 10+ years, controlled by app — from $2,500 to $8,000 or more depending on home size.

For Permanent Lights customers: annual maintenance from $150 to $400, and per-occasion reprogramming (Halloween, birthdays, football season) from $50 to $150 each time.
Each package's range depends on your property's real linear footage, number of stories, and design complexity (trees, bushes, pathway). That's why the free design consultation is step one: we measure your specific home and confirm a fixed price before installing anything — we never quote blind from a photo.
No problem. If after seeing your install you want to add bushes, a wrapped tree, or pathway lighting, we quote it as an add-on to what's already installed — no need to start over.
