Do you use my lights or yours?
We use our own commercial-grade LED lights, included in every package. If you already own lights you'd like to reuse, mention it during your free consultation and we'll evaluate whether they can be integrated — but it's not required, since lights are already included in the package price.
What happens if a bulb burns out during the season?
In-season maintenance is included in every package. If a bulb fails, just let us know and we'll replace it at no extra cost — no ladder, no shopping for replacements on your end.
Is takedown included?
Always. Season-end takedown is included in every package price — we never leave your lights hanging until February or charge extra to remove them.
Do you store my lights for next year?
For seasonal packages, takedown includes safe storage until your next installation if you rebook with us. This doesn't apply to Permanent Lights — that system stays installed year-round, invisible by day.
Do you work on two-story homes?
Yes. Every package covers one- and two-story homes, and our Custom Premium package is specifically built for taller or more complex properties. Our crew brings the safety equipment needed to work at height.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry active liability insurance and a background-checked crew — the same standard used by JVS Home Cleaning Services, our sister brand serving Houston since 2020.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installs take 2 to 4 hours depending on home size and package. We give you an estimated time window when confirming your appointment — no last-minute surprises.
When should I book?
The sooner the better: the earliest calendar slots each season carry an early-booking discount. We recommend booking before mid-November for guaranteed installation before December.
Do you serve businesses and HOAs?
Yes. We provide line-item quotes and certificates of insurance for property managers and homeowner associations, using the same installation standard we use for residential homes.
What is permanent lighting?
An LED channel system installed once along your roofline, lasting 10+ years, virtually invisible during the day, and controlled entirely from an app on your phone — any color, for any occasion year-round, not just Christmas.
Is the price final — any surprises?
No. We measure real linear footage at your free consultation and give you a fixed price before installing anything. What you see on your quote is what you pay — no hidden charges when the job is done.
Do you have a Spanish-language site?
Yes — the entire site, from packages to the quote form, is fully available in both Spanish and English. No other Christmas light installer in Houston offers that today.
