What people ask us most
Do you use my lights or yours?
We use our own commercial-grade LED lights, included in every package. If you already own lights you'd like to reuse, mention it during your free consultation and we'll evaluate whether they can be integrated — but it's not required, since lights are already included in the package price.
What happens if a bulb burns out during the season?
In-season maintenance is included in every package. If a bulb fails, just let us know and we'll replace it at no extra cost — no ladder, no shopping for replacements on your end.
Is takedown included?
Always. Season-end takedown is included in every package price — we never leave your lights hanging until February or charge extra to remove them.
Do you store my lights for next year?
For seasonal packages, takedown includes safe storage until your next installation if you rebook with us. This doesn't apply to Permanent Lights — that system stays installed year-round, invisible by day.
